Concessions 2023 Schedule
If you need to swap nights, please do so on your own, and write on schedule. This will be posted in concession stand, so you can make any changes there. If your game gets rescheduled, the schedule just shifts and you still "own" that game. If cancelled - it's your lucky day!
Due to limited home games, some families didn't have 2 nights. Reach out to those families if you need someone to pick up your shift. There are also extra oppotunities with hosting 2 tournaments to grab shifts to help out. This is a fundraising oppotunity for us as an organzition, and helps us keep up with improvements, while keeping costs down. Thanks for helping out when needed!!!
Gate - Please arrive 45 minutes before game to start collecting gate admission.
Grill & Stand - Please arrive 1/2 hour before game time to prep stand and cook on grill.
